A. The granted visa will be sent via email after 1 hour, based on the timeline in our process email (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

B. Submission Time Reminder:
Morning submission time: from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Afternoon submission time: from 1:30 PM to 5 PM
If you submit your application outside the two time windows mentioned above, please note that your visa processing time may be longer than expected.

C. Required Documents:
1. Passport Scan: Only the bio-data page and the signature page are needed.
2. Portrait Photo: 3x4 cm color photos with clear, white background (passport style)

- The passport photo must be in color and not in black and white, and must be clear and clean in good quality. The image must be complete and not cropped.
- Portrait photo must be clear and clean in good quality
- Portrait photo must be colorful

- Portrait photo must be clear over a white background

We do everything we can to minimize the fees you have to pay.
However, if you are applying from an African country, an additional fee of $25 will be charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
