1. The Vietnam Immigration Department processes applications only on working days (Monday to Friday).
They do not operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
3. This service is only applied for tourists and does not apply to business travelers.
4. E-visa is not available for: Nigeria | Democratic Republic of Congo | Bangladesh | Syria |Afghanistan | Iran | Iraq | Pakistan | Türkiye | Egypt | Cameroon

A. The granted visa will be sent via email after 1 working day, based on the timeline in our process email (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

B. Submission Time Reminder:
If you submit your application before 9:00 AM, you’ll receive your visa result by 5:00 PM, on the afternoon of the same day
If your submission is made after 9:00 PM, the processing time will be extended by one additional business day.

C. Required Documents:
1. Passport Scan: Only the bio-data page and the signature page are needed.
2. Portrait Photo: 3x4 cm color photos with clear, white background (passport style)

- The passport photo must be in color and not in black and white, and must be clear and clean in good quality. The image must be complete and not cropped.
- Portrait photo must be clear and clean in good quality

- Portrait photo must be clear over a white background

We do everything we can to minimize the fees you have to pay.
However, if you are applying from an African country, an additional fee of $25 will be charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
